51¸£ÀûÉç’s MBA program has been ranked fourth by the St. Louis Business Journal on their 2021 list of St. Louis’ Largest MBA Programs. This ranking exemplifies Lindenwood’s mission and dedication to providing accessible education to all types of students.
51¸£ÀûÉç will host its winter commencement ceremonies Friday, December 10 and Saturday, December 11 at the Family Arena in St. Charles.
Halfway through the semester is no time to slow down. Taking care to focus on learning opportunities outside the classroom is a great way to stay motivated. Students in the Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship had the exciting opportunity to see two events as part of the Global Women Entrepreneurship Week (WEW). On October 18-22, 2021, Lindenwood joined in the international celebration featuring events that highlight businesses or non-profits that have a female founder.
Every year, the best students from Lindenwood’s Robert W. Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship are selected to be a part of the Regional Business Council’s (RBC) Mentor Network program. RBC is an organization made up of business leaders and companies in St. Louis and the surrounding areas.
51¸£ÀûÉç and ITEN Named Winner. The 2021 competition featured 84 winners for the Growth Accelerator Fund Competition (GAFC) and eight winners for the SBIR Catalyst competition.
51¸£ÀûÉç proudly transitions from six academic schools to four academic colleges beginning July 1, 2021. This restructure allows for alignment of like-minded scholars and align with the University’s strategic plan, set to be rolled out in early fall.
ITEN is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Breedlove as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR). With more than 15 years of experience, Breedlove is committed to fostering equitable economic opportunity across America by empowering regions through data-driven strategic planning, public-private partnerships, and leading-edge community advancement practices.
51¸£ÀûÉç announced Quentin Ortega as the new Director of ITEN. Although new to the role, Ortega has been involved with ITEN for many years as an Entrepreneur in Residence.
51¸£ÀûÉç has been awarded a grant from the NCAA that supports diversity, equity and inclusion in both its athletics administration and graduate academic programming. Led by the Lindenwood Athletics Department and Plaster School of Business & Entrepreneurship, the grant will support the addition of an NCAA Experiential Internship for Diverse Populations at Lindenwood.
