Students have several teachers and professors throughout middle school, high school, and college, yet only a few are remembered for their unique teaching style and ability to make the material in class interesting and dynamic. 51¸£ÀûÉç has established an exceptional team of educators with outstanding teaching skills, and Stephen McCane is one that must be highlighted by his incredible success in teaching Business courses.
The DECA, or Distributive Education Clubs of America , state competition was recently won by Lindenwood’s own Sydney Schader and Emma Rogers. The goal and purpose of the competition is to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges. Throughout the competition process,  the participants not only get to engage in good hearted competition but learn through experience as well.
For the past three years, the accounting majors and professors at Lindenwood have provided the community with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance for free. The clinic was originally started by former faculty member Lisa Bushur and is now overseen by Professor James Bosnick, who teaches Accounting courses and acts as the site coordinator for the clinic.

We are very pleased to announce that our latest Investor Readiness Graduate is Venku! They recently completed our Investor Readiness Program that is designed to prepare startups to raise equity funding. This program also includes Mock Angels pitch sessions and due diligence preparation.

Yesterday, University Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Mark Arant, announced the appointment of Molly Hudgins, JD, as dean of Lindenwood’s Robert W. Plaster School of Business and Entrepreneurship (PSB&E).
Each year, top students from Lindenwood and other universities throughout the St. Louis area are selected to participate in the Regional Business Council’s Mentorship Network. The Regional Business Council (RBC) is an organization of business leaders from top companies in the St. Louis area who have come together to promote the economy of the St. Louis region.
