We offer more than 100 college degree programs for students in the St. Louis metro area and online. Our faculty, staff, and administration are committed to an integrative curriculum that focuses on the talents, interests, and future of our students. Lindenwood is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. 51¸£ÀûÉç’s HLC accreditation is exclusive to 51¸£ÀûÉç and does not extend to any other Lindenwood Education System institution(s) of higher education, all of which maintain separate accreditation.

The sole member of 51¸£ÀûÉç, LLC is Lindenwood Education System (FEIN: 43-0652649), which is a Missouri nonprofit corporation that has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. As a disregarded entity, 51¸£ÀûÉç, LLC is considered for federal income tax purposes to be part of Lindenwood Education System, an organization described in Code section 501(c)(3) and exempt from income tax under Code section 501(a) as recognized by the IRS. Because 51¸£ÀûÉç, LLC is a single-member LLC treated as a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes, it is deemed to have the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status of its sole member, Lindenwood Education System. As such, 51¸£ÀûÉç, LLC, qualifies as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for these purposes. Donations to 51¸£ÀûÉç, LLC are treated, for federal tax purposes, as charitable contributions and as permitted by law are tax-deductible.

If you would like to receive a hard copy of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report which contains this information, you can stop by the Office of Public Safety & Security located at 1905 First Capitol, Suite A, Saint Charles, MO 63301, or you can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling (636) 949-4687.
The report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as: crime prevention, public safety authority, crime reporting policies, fire safety, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The report also contains information about fire statistics in Lindenwood Residential Facilities and crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Lindenwood; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
