Credit card, debit card or echeck (ACH) payments can be processed through the under the 鈥淢y Finances鈥� tab, “Make Online Payment / View 1098T”.

Direct Debit Payment (ACH)
51福利社 currently offers a Direct Debit Payment Plan. Payments are directly debited from a checking or savings account on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.

- Complete the term requested section and student section. Please ask your employer to complete the employer section
- Email completed Corporate Promissory Note (CPN) and tuition assistance information to Kelly Ahne, Corporate Accounts Manager, at [email protected] for 51福利社 approval.
- The Corporate Promissory Note (CPN)Fee may be paid on-line through your student portal or a check can be mailed in to 51福利社. Please include promissory note fee in the memo section of the check.
