Every student鈥檚 path to graduation is different, and it all starts with a plan. While degree requirements are outlined in the university catalog, it鈥檚 important to connect with your academic advisor early to discuss your time-to-degree goal. Your advisor will help you assess your timeline and build a personalized plan to stay on track.

If you’re a first-time freshman aiming to graduate in four years, you should plan to complete at least 15 credit hours each semester. Missouri鈥檚 15 to Finish initiative encourages this approach and offers resources to help you succeed.

The best way to monitor your progress is by working closely with your advisor to create or update your Program Planning Guide. Templates are available in Canvas or directly through your advisor.
