Lions Living Well: 51福利社's Employee Wellness Program

Lions Living Well Logo51福利社 is committed to the development of the whole person which means we provide for the professional and personal success in four broad areas: knowledge and skills, compliance, safety, and wellness. Lions Living Well promotes a culture of wellness and creating a healthy community for all employees.

Our mission is to support employees both professionally and personally by guiding them to make healthy lifestyle choices and empowering them to improve or maintain their overall health. We do this by making sustainable positive changes within the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, financial, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. Through these choices, employees can model behavior for our students that healthy living is an important and lifelong journey. 

The program is FREE, voluntary, and offered to ALL university employees. Lions Living Well hosts a variety of wellness challenges and events throughout the year that includes guest speakers, luncheons, and appreciation banquets to celebrate your success! Employees can earn Pride Points to redeem for prizes throughout the year. Employees on the medical health insurance plan who earn enough Lifestyle Reward Points can receive an insurance premium incentive. All communication comes directly from Human Resources, in partnership with HealthCheck360 and the College of Science, Technology, and Health.
